Dolo's vision is to promote charity through education, youth empowerment, health and community development which are embedded into giving HOPE to the Hopeless.

Born 24 years ago, precisely March 31, 1992, Miss. Liberia – Her Esteem, Wokie Kou Dolo's early childhood can be traced to the famous Liberia Swedish American Mining Concession popularly known as LAMCO in mountainous Yekepa, Nimba County is culturally the first born that invoked the name “Kou” in line with the tradition of the people of Nimba in central Liberia.
As though a Roman Catholic, she was conceived through a biological union of Mr. Pious Dolo named after the late Pope Pious and Ms. Margaret Gortor – all of Nimba County.
Miss. Liberia started her primary education in Ganta Nimba County and obtained a High School Diploma from the Saint Lawrence Catholic High School in Nimba.

Given her unrelenting zealotry and sojourn, which favorably translated into the prestigious Miss. Liberia Crown; Wokie Dolo in 2007 contested for the Miss. Ganta Crown but was unsuccessful. Notwithstanding, she audaciously used her defeat as a sign of motivation and inspiration to reach out to and help young people. Overwhelmed by her passion for the trappings of pageant, she innovatively hosted the Miss. Education Beauty Pageant to support and empower young women with the occasioning potentials.

Her successful completion of Senior Second School in 2011 saw her braced herself after graduation for matriculation into the Cuttington University in Suakoko Bong County where she read “Peace and Conflict Resolution” as Major and Sociology as Minor. In 2012, aggressively unperturbed she contested again for the Miss. Cuttington Beauty Pageant and victoriously seized the Crown.

Essentially, this experience has ostensibly helped to engrain her within ambit of the philanthropic realm thus turning her into a Beauty Queen Consultant. In 2014, as Miss. Cuttington University, she represented the Cuttingting University at the “All African Student Union” (AASU) in Accra Ghana as a LINSU delegate.

A firm determination in obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution and Sociology, she has also obtained a certificate in Leadership and Campaign Planning from the Young Political Leadership School.
Philosophically, she is passionate about “Giving Hope to the Hopeless” through the use of her God-given talents opportunity to brighten up the life of someone. This, has passionately been the driving force behind the creation of would-be Foundation – 'Youth of Substance'. The Foundation shall seek to contribute to post-war recovery and growth in Liberia. It's mission shall be to help poor, under-privileged and orphaned children to see a better Liberia. She will creatively spend her leisure making model of young Liberians while seeking adventurously to learn
